Refund & Exchange Policy

At Afzali Arts, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. We offer a simple and hassle-free return and exchange process within 30 days of your purchase date.

 

2. Eligibility for Exchange or Return 

 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure:

  • Time Limit: The request is made within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Product Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Original Packaging: The item must be in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and price stickers intact.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Note: Don't accept return Customer Likes and Dislikes Products

 

3. Exchange and Return Process 

 

How to Initiate:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to afzaliarts@gmail.com or call/WhatsApp us at +92 309 560 5050. Please include your Order Number and the reason for the return/exchange.

  2. Approval: Our team will review your request and confirm your eligibility.

  3. Shipment: Once approved, you will be instructed on how and where to ship the item back to Afzali Arts. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, except in cases of manufacturing defects or wrong items shipped.

  4. Processing: Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected. Your exchange or refund will be processed within 7 working days.

 

4. Important Exclusions 

 

Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items purchased during a final sale, clearance, or promotion where the policy explicitly states "No Returns."

  • Items that have been clearly used, worn, washed, or altered in any way.

  • Custom-made or specially tailored orders.

  • Items where the original tags have been removed.

 

5. Refunds and Exchanges 

 

  • For Exchanges: We will send out the requested replacement product (subject to availability) once the returned item passes inspection.

  • For Refunds: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank Transfer or Digital Wallet) or issued via store credit, typically within 7-10 working days after inspection.
